The first reserved matters submission for a building with a floor area of 430,000 square feet has been granted planning permission by Cheshire East Council. The building is to be used as warehouse/distribution space with rail freight connections. This application is a key milestone in the delivery of this regionally significant employment site which will generate the following benefits:-
- delivery of quality employment space;
- opening a strategic site on the West Coast Railway Line and the A500
- the creation of a freight village comprising of a landscaped warehouse and distribution park with industrial and office development.
