Spawforths successfully secured outline planning permission for 166 dwellings and 30,000 square feet of employment space on the former Doncaster Industry Park Site at Bentley in Doncaster.
The viability led scheme allows a former Brownfield industrial site to be brought back into use for a high quality mixed use development. Work on the project included financial viability appraisals, presentations to local ward members to provide scheme overview, community consultation and various meetings and discussions with the Local Planning Authority.
