The Langtree Group PLC have recently completed the stunning refurbishment of the Festival Gardens on the edge of the Mersey in Liverpool. This represents the first step in the regeneration of the former Garden Festival site which has lain vacant since 1994. Spawforths led the development team in securing planning permission, following a seven week call-in inquiry, for this mixed use renaissance scheme. With the Gardens completed and resplendent, Spawforths are now advising Langtree on the planning issues associated with taking forward the new residential neighbourhood proposal.
