Spawforths successfully secured planning permission and listed building consent for the conversion of a Grade II Listed Barn to form a dwelling.
The permission retains the increase in height of the roofline of the barn which was considered to not create any harm to the character and appearance of the barn and adjacent Farmhouse and barns given that the works involved have facilitated the retention of important integral features and the re-cladding of the roof in welsh slate.
