Spawforths planning team have sucessfully negotiated approval of two applications for renewal of existing permissons at hotels in West and South Yorkshire.   A renewal was granted for retention of a marquee at a Grade II Listed Hotel in the green belt in Rotherham, following detailed negotiation with the local council, focusing on the economic need and impact on the listed building. In Leeds permisson was also received for a renewal of an existing permisson for an extension for use to a historic hotel in the green belt.
