The 2011 Planning Consultancy Survey has confirmed Spawforths as the joint largest independent practice in the North of England and the largest single office planning practice in Yorkshire and the Humber.

Planning Magazine's annual survey of Planning Consultancies in the UK confirms that Spawforths' profile and position is strengthening. The result reflects the significant scale and breadth of schemes being progressed by our planning team, with more than 17,000 homes and over £3bn of development being promoted through the planning system in the last 12 months.
