Spawforths has secured full planning permission for Mulberry House part of the Wakefield Grammar School Foundation.

The permission permits the erection of two shelters to allow for outdoor play along with the extension of the existing boundary wall (max height 2.4m) within the St John’s Conservation Area in Wakefield.

 The proposals, supported by illustrative sketches and plans, were granted planning permission by Wakefield MDC on 5 April 2011.
