Spawforths recently secured reserved matters approval relating to planning permission for 93 dwellings on land at Manvers Way, Manvers on behalf of Strata Homes Ltd.
The development, part of the regeneration scheme for the former Manvers Colliery, will provide a range of house types including two, three and four bedroom properties and access to the existing nearby country park and nature reserve. The decision followed consideration at the Rotherham Planning Board in April 2011.
