Spawforths are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the RICS Pro-Yorkshire Awards in the Design and Innovation category.  Known as the region's ”Property Oscars” the RICS awards celebrate the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments.

The shortlisted project, known as the Rural Hub Building, comprises of two interconnecting circular workshops for use as an inspirational centre for rural crafts.   

The Rural Hub Building has already won the National Federation Roofing Award for Shingles and Shakes in 2010 and we hope that it will continue in this success at the RICs Awards Ceremony on 20 May 2011.
