Spawforths

Adrian is Managing Director of Spawforths.  His favourite town is Scarborough and his favourite holiday destination is Disneyland.  If he was a cartoon character he would be Buzz Lightyear -  "to infinity and beyond!" is a great ambition to have.

Dave is Chairman of Spawforths and Director of the Planning Division.  His favourite building is the Taj Mahal and his favourite pastime is winding his children up!  If he could be a cartoon character it would be Dennis the Menace!  Need we say more!

Dawn is the Director of the Architecture Division at Spawforths.  She loves to travel anywhere with a cocktail bar and a little culture.  Her favourite place is her dad's workshop as she sees it as being a wonderful summary of his life.

Rachel is Finance Director of Spawforths.  If she could go anywhere in the world on holiday it would be to Slovenia skiing, or to Cuba for some culture, sun and salsa.  Her favourite building is the Sage in Gateshead.

Paul is a Director within the Planning Division at Spawforths.  His favouite building is the Alhambra in Granada.  Paul is Chair of the Sheffield Civic Trust and is also an avid supporter of both Dronfield RUFC and Sheffield United FC!

Peter is the founder of Spawforths and now our Life President.   He travels extensively and loves to relax at the end of a day with a meal of sea bass cooked fresh from the sea.  Peter is also Sponsor of the Yorkshire and the Humber Association of Civic Societies annually awarded Trophy.

Carol is a Senior Residential Designer at Spawforths. Carol's favourite book is “The Bell Jar” by Sylvia Plath and her favourite cartoon character is the Brown Bottle from Viz!

Alison Duxbury is a Senior Architect at Spawforths.  Alison's favourite city is Prague and if she could meet anyone in the world it would be Stephen Fry.

Jo is a Principal Architect at Spawforths.  Her favourite building is the Barcelona Pavillion and her favourite book is Lord of the Rings. 

Magda is a Senior Architect at Spawforths.  Originating from Poland her favourite book is "Chlopy" and favourite food is "bigos". 

Stephen is a Planning and Urbanism Technician.  His favourite reading material is a classic car magazine and if he could go anywhere in the world it would be Rome.

David is a Senior Urbanist at Spawforths.  His favourite city is Chandigarh in India and his favourite book is ‘We need to Talk about Kevin’ by Lionel Shriver.  If David could go anywhere on holiday it would be to the The Jurassic Coast in Dorset

Katherine is our Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator at Spawforths.  Her favourite building is the Louvre in Paris and her favourite city is Amsterdam.

Avril is an Urban Designer and Landscape Architect at Spawforths.  She would love to go travelling but has to make tea and do bedtime most nights! She can eat curry for England.

Helen Hudson is a Senior Urbanist and Landscape Architect at Spawforths.  Her favourite building is Falling Water for its beautiful landscape setting and if she could go anywhere in the world for a holiday it would be New Zealand.

Jen is a Senior Planner within our Town Planning Division.  She loves to travel, surf and spend time with her chucks on the allotment.  Jen also puts her creative skills to the test through running a local Brownie Group.

Hannah is a Principal Planner at Spawforths.  If she could meet a famous person it would be Nelson Mandela - preferably for lunch in New York City!

Alastair Cliffe is a Planning Assistant at Spawforths.  His favourite building is the Guggenheim in Bilbao and his favourite book is Angels and Demons by Dan Brown.

William is a Principal Planner at Spawforths.  His favourite building is the Sagradia Familia and his favourite cartoon character is Peter Griffin from Family Guy.

Andrew is a Principal Planner at Spawforths.  His favourite book is "A Small Island" by Bill Bryson and if you were to cook him his favourite meal it would be steak and ale pie followed by sticky toffee pudding!

Claire is a Senior Planner at Spawforths  She would love to meet the Queen - and perhaps play a round or two of her favourite game Pictionary!

Gavin is a Principal Planner at Spawforths and he would secretly have loved to have met Elvis!  His favourite building is the Chrysler Building in New York.

Jenny is a Principal Planner at Spawforths.   If she could marry a famous person it would be a chef like Jamie Oliver or James Martin!  Her favourite city is New York which she has visited several times.

Krishna is a Senior Town Planner at Spawforths.   Her favourite food is a Thai Green curry preferably eaten in Thailand! If she could be a cartoon character it would be Cheer Bear from the Care Bears. 

Mike is a Principal Planner and Team Leader in the planning team.  He is a keen sports, film and music fan and keeps busy tending the allotment near home.  Mike loves to travel and a highlight includes his honeymoon to Hawaii where he learnt to surf and snorkel!

Christine is one of our two Receptionists at Spawforths.  She loves Antigua and ten pin bowling.  She last laughed out loud when her five year old grandson asked if she was a little girl in the Olden Days.

Helen is our Accounts Manager at Spawforths.  Her favourite building is the Regent Grand Hotel in Bordeaux and her favourite book is The Olive Tree by Carol Drinkwater.  Helen loves anything French!

Jayne has worked for nearly 20 years as our cleaner at Spawforths.  Her favourite food is a Chinese and if she could meet anyone in the world it would be the Stig from Top Gear!
