Summary
The provision of architectural and planning services to construct a new riding facility for the disabled at the Pennine Camphill Community Campus, in the Green Belt. Spawforths have sucessfully negotiated the approval of a proposal for the alteration and extension of an existing indoor arena;10 new stables; reception and storage areas; and therelocation of an outdoor riding arena Spawforths worked closely with the Council through detailed pre-application discussions and held community consultation events in the local community. We provided detailed justification to support the proposal in the Green Belt by demonstrating Very Special Circumstances and the scheme was approved in January 2008.
