The successful negotiation of planning permission and listed building consent for the development of the former Stanley Royd Hospital site.  This award winning scheme was developed around the listed buildings to respect and enhance the Victorian setting.

It comprises of 273 residential units, a fitness centre, pub, offices and a series of public and semi-public places.
