Summary
In September 2010 Spawforths obtained full planning permission for the erection of 98,000 sq ft of business, industrial and storage units at Bromsgrove Technology Park.
The Technology Park had remained vacant since the failure of a previously approved development scheme. Spawforths successfully negotiated a broader and more flexible planning permission which will kick start the local economy and generate jobs in the region.
