Summary
In December 2009 Spawforths gained planning permisson for the development of three buildings in Use Classes B2 and B8 at the Cobalt Park industrial estate in Wolverhampton. We undertook detailed negotiations with the Council to address policy constraints and to ensure a flexible B2 and B8 permisson, through proving a local market need for the proposed uses and the regeneration benefits of the proposal to the local area.
