Summary

The successful negotiation of planning permission for a significant extension to the Gomersal Park Hotel sited in the Green Belt.  The development included 52 new bedrooms; conference, restaurant and reception facilities; and associated landscape remodelling works.

The design team were exceptionally proud that the hotel remained open throughout this project.
