Working with North Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Homes, Spawforths prepared a series of design options to address the issues associated with the Westcliff Estate in Scunthorpe.
We involved key stakeholders and members of the local community to realise the aspiration and ambition for the future of the site and the wider Westcliff estate. The resultant preferred scheme seeks to deliver a mix of housing, a combined community facility, a retail parade, green space and associated highway works.
