Summary
Spawforths secured planning permission in September 2010 for the development of 14 dwellings on land at Kiveton Park, Rotherham. Local planning policy designated the site as Urban Greenspace. Nonetheless, we addressed this by demonstrating that, as a derelict site, it had no greenspace value or function and that alternative provision was available in the local area. The Council accepted the case and resolved to support our client's application proposals.
