Summary
Spawforths were instructed by Taylor Wimpey to conclude planning negotiations and resolve outstanding viability issues with Leeds City Council. This work required financial viability appraisals and presentations to the Planning Committee to demonstrate scheme viability for the proposed development and, consequently, a reserved matters approval was secured.
Spawforths are presently progressing a series of applications to vary planning conditions on the outline permission and the approved reserved matters submission.
