Summary
Spawforths are currently producing masterplan proposals for residential units on the outskirts of Huddersfield close to the M62. The proposal forms part of a strategic masterplan for the wider area encompassing 200-300 residential units and approximately 21,000sq ft commercial development.
The proposals have been designed to take into account significant level changes across the site as well as existing water courses and a series of electricity pylons.
The proposals include a waterside walk, a new village green and green infrastructure designed for maximum amenity and ecological benefit.
