Summary

The client is promoting the comprehensive development of an urban extension to the south west of Hartlepool. The proposed development will create a highly sustainable community that will create a critical mass to support existing services and facilities, whilst attracting further investments to expand facilities.  

Spawforths have carried out site baseline and analysis studies, an assessment of deliverability, and have developed an indicative masterplan incorporating consideration of the site’s context, constraints and the results of a number of assessments including highways, flood risk and drainage and ecology.
